Your Role
Medialab is growing their Ad Operations team and seeking a tech savvy and passionate Ad Operations Specialist. This full time role will be responsible for managing the trafficking, delivery, optimization and reporting of programmatic advertising. The role will work with Ad Ops team members and cross functional groups to address all ad operations needs across the organization. The Specialist will also work very closely with clients and be the point of contact with our demand partners.

What You'll Do

  • Own the reporting and trafficking of programmatic ads 
  • Support the Director of Ad Ops with account management across our growing list of 30+ partners
  • Manage inventory across a variety of ad types and platforms including display, video and interstitial (app and web)
  • Work with SSPs/DSPs to debug tech/inventory issues to ensure successful launch of programmatic campaigns on time
  • Troubleshoot ad serving/ad server technical issues
  • Identify inefficiencies through incoming data and calibrate discrepancies
